When he finally comes to mending the substance he kidnaps the final victim with chloroform, his most hated bully and injects them with the Lizard DNA mixture, this leads to the victim suffering and in pain yet the DNA kicks in and heals the pain, yet the heal also provides mutations and transforms the victm into a Lizard hybrid creature. The final element of the mixture erases the victims thoughts, and his only new purpose is to obey Michael.
